Saviranta 1 is a cozy semi-detached cottage located on the shore of Lake Patalahden, along the scenic lakeside road connecting North and West Himos. The setting is peaceful yet close to everything: the cottage has access to a private shoreline, a ski trail runs right across the ice in winter, and Himos Center is only about 1 km away.
In summer, guests can also enjoy the cottage's private rowboat.

The ground floor features a living room with an adjoining kitchen and a traditional soapstone fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is also a bedroom with two separate beds, as well as a sauna and a bathroom with a toilet.
The loft offers sleeping places for four, bringing the total capacity of the cottage to 6 guests.

Saviranta 1 provides a peaceful lakeside environment with beautiful views over Lake Patalahden. In winter, the ski trail runs directly past the cottage, and the lakeshore is only a few steps away.
The cottage's position along the lakeside road offers smooth access both to North Himos and West Himos.

The cottage features an outdoor hot tub that can be rented for the duration of your stay.
